What's In My School MakeUp Bag ?

So getting ready to go back to school has been crazy, and summer has flown way too fast. Even though I should of done this blogpost earlier, I am going to show you what's in my mini back to school make up bag. Now I don't wear a lot of makeup to school, and I don't take my foundation and everything to school because I don't need it, but I do have a few things in a makeup bag, so if i need to, I can top up my makeup throughout the day!
So here is my makeup bag, I bought this off Primark because they have a nice range of them and they are super cheap. This one has a leather texture, it's cream and has black polka dots on it.. It was £2.50 or £3, which is a bargain. I picked this one up because it is an ideal size and I liked that is has 2 zips, because it has 2 compartments.

So the first thing I have in my makeup bag is Soap And Glory Hand Food, which is just a small travel size hand moisturizer that I got from Boots for £2.50. It smells amazing and keeps my hands feeling super nice all day long.

The next product is my most definite 'Must Have' that you should all own. It's one of my Baby Lips Lipbalms. I keep the clear one in 'Hydrate' in my makeup bag, because I don't want any colour on my lips, but this is amazing for moisturizing my lips. These are £2.99 and I highly recommend them to everyone.
Maybelline Baby Lips in 'Hydrate.
Next is a new found love for me, it's an eyeshadow pencil/crayon from Collection, and it's amazing. I don't wear heavy eye makeup for school, but I like to have a little bit of colour on my eyelids and these are perfect. I have the light pink one, and it's creamy and makes a difference but it isn't too crazy! They are also super cheap, and they last all day. They are perfect for a natural looking makeup look. They are metallic and not matte, but they just look natural and gorgeous on all eye colours.
Collection EyeShadow Pencil in Pink.
Every girl, should have a pressed powder in their makeup bag, especially if they have oily skin. I carry mine because adding a bit of powder half through the day, will keep your makeup looking fresh. I use Barbara Daly pressed powder from Tesco, which is very good but I would also recommend Rimmels Stay Matte Powder.
Barbara Daly Pressed Powder.
Also in my makeup bag, I keep one of my mascara's. Recently I have been loving Maybelline's Great Lash mascara. I love it because it has quite a small brush, so your eyes don't look heavy, it isn't clumpy, and it also doesn't smudge. But it's very handy to keep a mascara in your bag, if you have to top it up through the day.
Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in 'Very Black'.
It's also very handy to keep a little purfume or spray in your bag, so you are smelling lovely all day long.
I like to keep a mini Jack Wills Fontwell Scent perfume in my bag, as it smells amazing! And it's really handy  because it's a little rollerball perfume, and it's the perfect size to keep in my bag.
Mini Jack Wills Fontwell Rollerball Perfume.
For body spray, I like to keep it cheap and simple, so I use Impulse, which is a really nice and cheap brand, that have their sprays in most shops. I love their new scent 'Sweet Smile'. If you're looking for a cheap spray, then go and check out the Impulse range, because they have such a variety of scents.
I just find it really handy to have a spray in your bag, to keep topped up throughout the day.
Impulse Body Spray in 'Sweet Smile'.
The next item, I simply can't live without.. A concealer. As a teen girl, concealer will be your best friend, and to me it's essential. It will keep you looking fresh throughout the day and it will cover up any breakouts and correct anything. I have been loving Maybelline's FIT Me concealer, Collection's Lasting Perfection concealer and Miss Sporty's Liquid concealer.
Maybelline FIT Me Concealer in shade '10'.
Lastly, I would always keep a compact mirror in my bag. Not to be vein, but to check how you're looking throughout the day.
Mark Hill Compact Mirror.
I haven't included everything, but I have covered the essentials..You could even pop in some little things, such as bobbles and clips.
I hope that this has been helpful, and given you some ideas on what to include in your makeup bag. Sorry that this post has gone up when everyone is already back at school.

The Liebster Award

I have been nominated!
Hello Everyone! Today is a pretty special day as I have been nominated for The Liebster Award by the lovely Chloe Francis. So thanks again to her for nominating me!
The Leibster Award is aimed for new bloggers who have less than 200 followers, and it helps people to discover new blogs, so you can build up a wider audience.

The Rules of The Liebster Award:
1) You must link back to the person that nominated you
2) You must answer the 11 Liebster questions given to you by the nominee before you
3) You must pick 11 bloggers to be nominated for the award with under 200 followers
4) You must come up with 11 questions for your nominees to answer
5) You must go to their blogs and notify your nominees

Questions from Chloe Francis ..

1) You are only allowed to use one beauty product for the rest of your life - What is it?
It's a tough question but I would have to choose concealer because it is my best friend. It covers any imperfections, and wearing concealer alone, makes my skin look a lot more flawless. It just does the job I need it to do, and I couldn't live without it.
2) Where is your favourite holiday destination?
Portugal by far! I go there every year and it is just amazing, the weather is beautiful and the desinations on the Algarve we go to are gorgeous.
3) What is your favourite music album right now?
I've been loving all different types of songs recently, so I would have to say 'Now That's What I Call Music 85' because it features so many different varieties.
4) What was the first ever makeup product you owned?
If I remember rightly, when I was about 10, I got an eyeshadow set full of pink and purple colours.
5) What made you start blogging?
I had been watching Zoella, Tanya Burr and SprinkleOfGlitter on YouTube, and I had been reading their blogs for a while, and I thought it was a good idea to start one myself because it looked like a fun hobby and I quite like makeup and beauty related things.
6) Where do you want to be in 10 years time?
Hopefully doing something to do with the film/tv industry, whether it's infront of the camera, or behind the camera.
7) Where is your favourite place to shop?
For clothes, I would have to say Topshop, and for beauty products I would choose Boots.
8) What is your favourite movie?
My all time favourite films are the Harry Potter collection or LOL.
9) What is your favourite type of clothing?
Either Topshop, or atmosphere in Primark can have some very nice things.
10) The deal breaker question... Cats or Dogs?
I have to say Dogs because I'm allergic to Cats.
11) One random fact about yourself?
My random fact is that I'm not ticklish.

Bloggers I have Nominated for the Award:
1) Jessie
2) Chloe
3) Carolyn
4) Evie
5) Emily
6) Holly
7) Hester
8) Jade
9) Annie
10) Lynn
11)Elizabeth
Questions that I am asking:
1) What is the one beauty product that you can't leave the house without?
2) Favourite Makeup Brand?
3) Why did you start a blog?
4) How did you come up with your blogger name?
5) Favourite makeup product?
6) Who is your biggest inspiration?
7) What kind of style do you have?
8) What is your favourite season?
9) What is the most expensive makeup product you own?
10)  Who is your favourite beauty blogger?
11) Share one beauty tip?

Thanks to anyone who votes for me, and thanks to anyone who takes time to read my blog and a huge thank you to anyone to comments.

Beauty Haul

Today's blog is a little beauty haul of what beauty products I bought today. If you like this blog and would like to see more hauls then please let me know.

First off we went ti M.A.C because I wanted another eyeshadow to go in my palette. I chose a light brown coloured one in the shade 'Wedge'. I hope to use this with some of the other colours I have to create a summery light coloured smokey eye effect. M.A.C eyeshadows are a bit pricey but they are definitely worth the money! If you have an extra bit of cash, or you want to treat yourself, then I would definitely recommend getting some of their eyeshadows.

I then went to Boots, which is a 'drugstore' in the UK, and I finally got my hands on the Maybelline Baby Lips. I've waited for these to come out in the UK for so long, so when I saw them I had to get them. They are only £2.99 each, which is a bargain. I purchased them in 'Hydrate' and 'Intense Care'.
They're really good, they have SPF in them and they keep your lips hydrated all day, even through the heat and I can already notice a difference through having them one for just one day.
The next thing I bought is the Nivea Daily Essentials, 2 in 1 Cleanser and Toner for normal skin. I re-purchased this product because it is so good! and because it's a 2 in 1 and I can get super lazy with looking after my skin but this product makes it so much quicker. After washing my face I put it on using a cotton pad and it moisturises my face and removes any excess makup.
It leaves my skin feeling really refreshed and in the mornings it looks a lot healthier.
If you are looking for a good cleanser and toner, get this one because it's also quite cheap!
The last thing I purchased is some more cotton wool pads. I got the double faced ones, which are the larger ones because they are much easier to use.
I just buy Boot's own because they are quite cheap.
I've found that I have to use about 3 of the smaller ones to cleanse my face, or 1 large one.
So I got the large ones, I re-purchase these because they do exactly what they are meant to do and they are super soft on my skin.

July Beauty Favourites

I am back to posting about beauty products today, and I thought I would share with you just a couple of my most recent favourite purchases!

This is the product I've been loving most recently. I picked up the Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in the shade Very Black because I think it brings out my eyes more. I picked this mascara up because in the summer I like to wear a lighter mascara, so I wanted one with a small thin brush.
I can honestly say that this product is amazing! It defines your lashes really nicely, it doesn't smudge and it lasts all day!
Also, if you live in the UK like me, then in Tesco it's down to only £4.99 which is a bargain for such a good mascara.
The bottle in 'Very Black'
The small brush which is ideal for me.
What my eye looks like with it on.

The next product that I recently bought is the Sleek, Blush By 3 palette in 'Lace'. The palette contains three shades. There is an Orange, Rose Gold and Coral Pink blush inside. The Orange and Coral Pink are matte blushes and the one in the middle which is Rose Gold is a shimmery blush. They all look quite nice on and they brighten up your face making you look very summery.
My favourite is the middle one which is the shade 'Rose Gold', it's shimmery and looks really nice.
All the shades are easily blended in and as they are fully pigmented, then they last all day.
So this is the box.. oh how interesting.
What the shades are.

What they look like.
My last favourite new product is the Real Techniques Core Collection. In this set you get the Contour brush, the Pointed Foundation brush, the Detailer brush and the Buffing brush.
I bought the set off Amazon, and it even comes with a Panoramic Black Case to keep all your brushes in on the go.
I use the Contour brush to add highlighter, bronzer and blusher to my face and the Detailer brush for concealer. I have been using the Buffing brush for foundation so I haven't used the foundation brush as much.
They are all amazing and make applying your makeup a lot easier. The brushes are super soft on your skin and leave my face looking perfect.
I will definitely be purchasing more Real Techniques brushes because they are just brilliant and I would recommend them to everyone, so If you haven't tried them, then I urge you too.

The box.
The Panoramic Case with the brushes inside.

Hope you have liked the beauty post. I have also been thinking about starting a YouTube channel, let me know if you think that's a good idea.
See you very soon x

YouTube and Blog Update

Hello! I'm back with another lifestyle type post. Just to let you know though, I do have beauty and fashion posts coming up over the next few weeks.
The meaning of this post is really just to say that Summer has begun and I'm enjoying it so far. So I've been on summer holidays for two weeks now, but I was on holiday for one, but I've spent my first week relaxing, just filming videos, editing and uploading and also filling up with YouTube and Blog ideas! Some are super exciting! And I've been preparing for my birthday which is in a couple of days.
So this is a snapshot of our video that's up tomorrow, and to show that we enjoy making videos so much.
I also wanted to mention that Me and my friends have had our YouTube channel for just over 6 months now, and it has flown by! So we would just like to take the time to say thanks to everyone who has watched and liked our videos and to everyone who has subscribed to us! I also noticed that I've had my blog for 3 and a half months, which is mad. I understand that my blog and our channel isn't famous, but for us, it's amazing that we have gotten so far in such a small space of time.
I enjoy making videos on YouTube and blogging so much and the fact that all I get is positive feedback is amazing. Please check out our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/erinelliemegan and follow my blog.
So on a blogging note, the reason why I've had a lack of posting is because as much as I'd love to say that I will post everyday.. I get bloggers block. It's more that I aim to write one post a week, but sometimes if I lack any inspiration then I won't post because you should only post something if you have something to say. Sometimes I contradict myself but I wouldn't want to write a post just so I have something to post.. I'd much rather wait until I have something interesting to say.
Thanks a bunch for taking time to read my blog.. please let me know what you think x

A trip never to forget.. ITALY

I love a lifestyle post and so I had been waiting for last week all year and it was worth the excitement. Me and my friends went on a trip to Italy! We flew to Sorrento and spent three days there visiting places such as Pompeii, the Almafi coast, Monte Cassino and Vesuvius. Then we went up to Rome for two days visiting the Colosseum, Vatican city and a Theme Park.
If you wish to take a look at our Vlog then here is the link to part one: http://youtu.be/xMTWLtGi_CU
It was the most amazing experience of my life so far and after being home for only 24 I already miss it so much and would do anything to go back. I had such a laugh, caught more of a tan and got to know some amazing people a lot better and so I thought it would be nice to share a few of the pictures I took.
So this was Me and Megan in the middle of Pompeii.
The beautiful Amalfi coast.
Some of us had a dip in the sea.

So this is Miss Heel, Me, Megan and Hannah when we went out for a meal in Rome.
The whole group of us in Vatican City.
We even spent a day at the Rainbow Magic Land theme park.
Some of the lovely artwork in Monte Cassino
Inside the Colosseum in Rome
Can everyone say a huge welcome to my bestie Megan who has just became a blogger.. so if you could  all do me a massive favour by checking out her vlog at http://megandickinsonx.blogspot.co.uk/  and tell her what you think.
Thanks for taking time to read my blog, please let me know what you think, or follow me on bloglovin and gmail.

Summer Body Care Favourites

This post is up earlier that usual because I'm off to Italy in a few hours! This week, I'd thought that I'd let you know some of my favourite summery/bodycare products that I have been loving and that I'll be using whilst I'm away.

The first item that I have been loving recently is the Rimmel London Glam'Eyes trio in '730 spices'. It's a trio of neutral eye-shadows that are perfect if you don't want a really bold look. I love this on summer days because it's natural, but you can still tell you're wearing eye-shadow. There's a very natural beige/pink colour, a none glittery gold shade and a light brown. They last all day and they are super pretty.
After a day in the sun, I like to put a bit of 'After Sun' on, to moisturize my body and to maintain any tan I get. For years I used the Garnier one and it's really good but it's not a spray one, it's cream which is a lot of effort. So I came across this Nivea one in Tesco and it's spray so I had to get it and it's so good! Does the job and it's super easy and quick to apply.

This has got to be my favourite product to tell you about. The new Radox Berry Burst body wash. I got it for £1 which is a bargain anyway, but it smells absolutely amazing! It's like you've just been pelted with berries! It's nice and smooth on your skin and the fragrance is just so fruity, I just love it!
So if you haven't tried it, then please do.

When I go on holiday or just in the sun, my hair tends to go quite dry so I purchased the small Mark Hill Sunset Smoother After Sun Shampoo & Conditioner. (Only the conditioner is in the picture because I used up all the shampoo). For a first, the packaging is really bright so it stood out to me.
It soothes your hair and leaves it really hydrated although it does smell a bit strange, but it's alright because it does my hair a good job. I just think, if you're going on holiday then it's quite a good little purchase.

I always try new shampoo's because there I don't like to keep to the same routine all the time, it's nice to change. So a couple of weeks ago I picked the Herbal essences Dazzling Shine 2in1 shampoo and conditioner.
Even though it looks blue, it's yellow! Its a blue/green bottle and it's yellow inside.
My hair is a bit dry and damaged from heat and when I use this, it leaves my hair feeling really smooth and soft! It's a miracle for me, it just feels really nice to put on and my hair just feels and looks so much less damaged! I love it and would seriously recommend it.

Because I loved the 2in1 shampoo and conditioner so much, I thought I would also go and buy the Herbal Essence Dazzling Shine Conditioner. Some people might think that's a bit strange because the other one is a 2in1 but the ends of my hair are dry so I needed a good conditioner as well.
This is just as amazing as the 2in1 shampoo & conditioner except that the conditioner smells a bit different. Even though the smell isn't too appealing, my hair feels brilliant after using as it. It just feels and looks much more hydrated and healthy.

For summer McDonalds have brought back their iced smoothies. The flavours are 'strawberry and banana' or 'mango and pineapple'. Even though they don't usually appeal to me, I decided to get one. I got the strawberry and banana one and it was so nice! It's only £1.99 and it's really refreshing and cool. So if you're out in town and need something to cool to refresh you, then you should get one of these.

Hope you've enjoyed this blog. Feel free to leave any comments or feedback!

Work Experience & Bloglovin

So hello July! Wow this year is moving fast! This blog is just another quick update really. This past week and the next two weeks to come are going to be really busy!
I've had work experience, I'll be doing the Duke Of Edinburgh expedition, and a week today I will be off to Italy. I'll blog and upload to YouTube as much as a can, but I can't promise anything.
And to much of your delight, I will have more fashion and beauty blogs up very soon,

So this week, I had work experience. I'm still not sure what I want to do when I'm older, so I decided that I would go back to my primary school. And I have loved it! It was so nice to see all my teachers again, and teach all the children. A couple even drew me a little picture of themselves!
To get to know all the kids this week and then having to say goodbye was actually quite tough but it was so good.
If you have done work experience and had a good time or a bad experience, please let me know in the comments below.
Here is the cute picture that a gorgeous little girl called Seren drew for me!

Also, I have just linked my blog to 'Bloglovin', so it's much more simple for people to follow me. If you don't have Bloglovin, then I recommend that you get it! So here is the link you might need to copy if you haven't inserted the bookmark. http://ezzwilliams.blogspot.co.uk
I'll leave you with a picture of the sunset tonight (so pretty) and the link to our new Youtube Video.

Primark Haul! Part 2 For Italy

So this is part 2 of my Primark Holiday Haul, if you haven't seen the first one, then here is the link..
I'll just throw out a disclaimer by saying, by no means am I bragging about what I have bought, Primark is a fairly cheap shop and I just thought I would let everyone know because Primark isn't available online. So by people like myself showing what we have bought, you get to know what type of items are available in the shop because you might spot something  you like.
+ The primark haul part 1, proved to be one of my most popular posts! So I thought I would the second part.
I'm going to Italy in a few weeks, so I thought I would show you some of the items I have purchased to go on my holiday.
Most of the items I Bought are from Primark, but the bottom two are from Topshop.

So the first two things I bought, were some plain leggings, a black pair and a dark grey pair. They were £3 each and I just love leggings. They are really comfortable, so you can wear them around the house if your having a lazy day, or you can wear them out, with a long top or something.
So this purchase was a bit random! So these Pyjama shorts are purple with stars on, and have a shiny alien on them. They were an absolute bargain because they were in the sale. As they were only £1, I just couldn't leave them there. I didn't need them but a girl can never have enough pyjama shorts.
Next I got this disney print, Mickey Mouse t-shirt. The sleeves are rolled up and it's a nice fit. Sometimes with Primark t-shirts, I find that they can be a bit tight, but this one is a good fit and quite long. It was £6 and I think I'll get a lot of wear out of it.
This item of clothing was one of my favourite buys! It's a white, long, flowy and see-through vest with aztec print at the top. It was £10 and I think it's really cute. The back is slightly longer than the front. I like it because the neck is quite high and I can dress this up or down. Also, it goes really well with a denim or leather jacket.
I also got a plain white vest top to go underneath it.

Next item is a bag. When i'm in Italy, we will be sightseeing so I don't want to take a big bag around with me, so I thought I would buy a small bag. It's a really nice beige/grey colour and it was only £4. I will be able to fit all the stuff I need into it, and I just think it will be really handy.

I then thought that because I had bought a new smaller bag, that I should buy a new smaller purse because I am currently using a big purse and that a smaller purse would be handy.
This purse that was only £4, jumped out at me. It's a lovely shiny beige, and on the inside it is illuminous yellow! How amazing. I think it's lovely and summery and that I will definitely use it a lot.

So finding these shorts was such a relief for me! I've been looking for denim shorts that aren't high waisted for ages! (As all my shorts are high waisted, apart from the sport or towel ones I own.) But I could never find ones that fitted me well and that I liked.
When I saw these I was so happy. I like the detail on the pockets because it's not mega crazy like all the other pairs they had. They were £10 and I will probably live in them this summer.
Lastly from Primark, I purchased a few little things. Boringly just some bobbles and socks.
Then I picked up some new sunglasses. You can't see it on the picture but it has little golden pyramids stuck to the top of the arms on the sunglasses which is a cool feature. I just love the shape of the glasses.
I also finally purchased some batiste dry shampoo because I know that a lot of people rave about it, but I've never tried it, so I thought that I would give it a go.
I then quickly nipped into boots and purchased a little pot of Carmex lip balm.
I can't explain in words how amazing this is! It's the nicest and best lip balm ever, It even works better that Vaseline!
It's super cheap and you can buy it from a lot of places now. You can buy the tube version of this from Primark, and that's really good, but I prefer it in a tub.
This gorgeous grey lace vest top is from Topshop. It's newly been released and you can buy it in grey, blue, cream or orange. I got it in grey for £16. I think it's my favourite holiday buy. At the front it's a vest with lace over it and the back it just see-through lace. It's just cute and gorgeous and perfect for summer. It looks great with denim shorts and I know that I will wear it a lot.

Last buy, this dress is also from Topshop. The picture makes it look a bit strange, but it is a tight but stretchy bodycon dress, with long sleeves. Dark blue with white spots. I had been looking for this type of dress for a while and last week I went shopping and I got this in the sale in Topshop, for only £15. I didn't want a plain one, because I think I suit clothes that have a bit of a pattern on them, so this was perfect. It fits me really well, and is perfect if you are going out at night, I wore it last weekend to go to my netball presentation night and it was perfect for it, but it would still be good for going to a meal or something.
